$20 Gift Bag entry Fee:
Add 75 of your business' promotional items into our VIP & Runway seating guest bags Items can include (business card, flyer, stickers, pens, product samples, etc)
Vendor Table:
This vendor fee will enable you merchant table (6ft, 8ft rectangular or 8ft round) , 1 chair & tablecloth (if needed) at the event and your business will be included in the events promotional advertisements (social media & event pages).

THERE ARE NO PHYSICAL ITEMS BEING SHIPPED OUT TO YOU AS A VENDOR, YOUR NAME WILL BE AT THE DOOR ON THE VENDOR LIST.
***GIFT BAG VENDORS, IF YOU'RE LOCAL TO LOUISVILLE, KY YOU WILL NEED TO ARRANGE A MEET UP WITH OR MAIL YOIUR ITEMS. AFTER YOU'VE MADE YOUR PAYMENT- A MEMBER OF THE SENSUAL BLISS LIFE WILL CONTACT YOU TO CONFIRM HOW YOU WILL TURN IN YOUR ITEMS FOR THE GIFT BAGS.

Artist = An individual(s) that design, creates & constructs their own original art and designs by hand.
Vendors = A business that will be set up at a table to sell their products and merchandise to the attendees at the show.
Artist or Performer fee (show feature) will enable you an area in the Art Exhibit, and if you're an artist that offers wearable art/ body paint on live models there is an option for a model segment. You will be provided with up to 10 models (not to exceed 10 minutes).
You need to provide your own music to the Sensual Bliss team before the show and have your models fitted completely prior to the show day. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Vendor fee includes one 6ft, 8ft rectangular 1 chair & you can have 1 assistant. Please bring a branded tablecloth to cover your table or a Plain- solid color tablecloth. EVERY VENDOR is expected to provide a GIFT BAG entry to our Front row & VIP guests (ex: coupon/flyer- a tangible discount that the client can use to patronize your business that night or in the future- please have an expiration date on the coupon/flyer).
Vendor Set up time starts at 5p, please arrive by 6:30 to set up.
MUST BE SETUP AND READY TO SELL BY 5:45,
Late arrivals WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Gift Bag Advertising fee includes giving 50 pieces of promotional items to be placed in our gift bags for our VIP/Front Row Attendees.

You will also be required to promote the event on and off social media, to your family, friends and social media following.
ARTISTS & PERFORMERS you are required to promote the event on and off social media & sell tickets to your family, friends, supporters and social media following.
This is to help not only sell tickets but help promote the event and your business. You as a Featured Boutique, Designer will be included in the event promotional advertisements (social media & event pages) to also help promote the event and raise awareness to our following of who will be featured!
